Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellants/petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal and W.P.No.27553 of 2015. He makes such prayer in view of the fact that the appellant college is already before this Bench in a batch of writ appeals. He seeks liberty to the appellants to file miscellaneous petition for appropriate relief in the appeal.

Writ appeal and the writ petition are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
