CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 15409 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.123 of 2016 of Athamkur Town Police Station, Nellore district, registered for the offences under section 354 of IPC and section 9 and 10 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Sri N. Chandrasekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
