This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ Judgment Debtor Nos.1, 2 & 4, challenging the docket order, dated 01.03.2019, passed in E.P.No.81 of 2018, by the XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, whereby, the petitioners/ judgment debtor Nos.1, 2 & 4, were set ex parte in the said Execution Petition and salary attachment warrant was issued against them. 2 .
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ judgment debtor Nos.1, 2 & 4 and perused the record.

Admittedly, the impugned order is an ex parte order. The same can be assailed before the Court, which has passed the said order.

With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
