THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22946 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the second respondent-Agent to the Government and District Collector, Mulugu District, in not granting ad-interim injunction in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.356 of 2019, as illegal and arbitrary. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after the last date of hearing on 07.09.2019, no date is given and that the said I.A. has not been disposed of till date. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare would submit that inasmuch as the I.A. is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same can be disposed of within the time frame.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.356 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ___________________ T. VINOD KUMAR, J Date: 23.10.2019 Note: Issue CC in two days.
