THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5363 of 2011 ORDER:

Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the revision petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the revision petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 is present. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the CRP shall also stand dismissed.
