THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT APPEAL No.1287 OF 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) This appeal arises out of the refusal of the learned single Judge to grant a stay of an order of reversion.

After we heard Mr. S. Satyam Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, and Mr. G. Vidya Sagar, learned senior counsel appearing for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, the matter was adjourned to today. Today, it is represented that the order of reversion, impugned in the writ petition, has been withdrawn and a fresh order issued. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ appeal. Hence, it is closed.

It is needless to say that the appellant will have liberty to challenge the fresh order.

As a sequel to closure of the writ appeal, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ appeal, shall stand closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
