THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2370 OF 2017 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the action of the V Additional District Judge, Nellore, for not passing any orders in I.A.No.200 of 2017 in L.A.O.P No.1 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the objections raised by the Court below in I.A.No.200 of 2017 were complied with by the defendants, no orders have been passed on account of the objections raised by the plaintiffs.

It may be noted that the C.R.P.No.1711 of 2017 filed by the petitioners in the same L.A.O.P. has been disposed of by this Court on today by making appropriate orders. In those circumstances, the Court below shall pass appropriate orders in I.A.No.200 of 2017 in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2011 and dispose of the same taking into consideration of the order dated 14.07.2017, passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.1711 of 2017. With the above directions, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this civil revision petition shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
