Learned Public Prosecutor filed letter dated 14.06.2018 stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 15.05.2018 before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad vide S.R.No.1844 of 2018 and hence, the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the above statement, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request to challenge the charge sheet.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
