ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings Rc.No.2881/2010-K, dated 13-1-2011 of respondent No.1 in so far as it relates to the suspension of the petitioner's fair price shop authorization is concerned. At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned Counsel for the parties that this Court by order dated 7-10-2015 has allowed W.P.No.15949 of 2011 & batch, whereunder the common order passed by respondent No.1 impugned in this Writ Petition qua the petitioners therein was quashed.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is also allowed for the same reasons on which the said Writ Petitions were allowed.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.19706 of 2011 is disposed of.
