Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the order dt.24.06.2017 transferring him from Vijayawada to Anantapur. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has given a representation on 27.06.2017 to the 2nd respondent requesting petitioner's retention in Vijayawada on the ground that petitioner had not completed three years at Vijayawada.

Sri N. Siva Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondent 2 to 5 states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.27.06.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
