W.P.No.24638/2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.24638 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) Pursuant to the interim order passed on 28.07.2016, the petitioner was granted affiliation for B.Tech Civil Engineering for a full permitted intake of 180 and for B.Tech Mechanical for a full permitted intake of 300 students. It appears that subsequently the university itself granted affiliation for B.Pharmacy and MBA. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners now stand redressed, partly through an interim order passed by this Court and partly through the action taken by the university. Hence, the writ petition is closed recording the grant of affiliation by the university itself for MBA and B.Pharmacy and directing the university to regularize the affiliation for the current year for B.Tech Civil Engineering and B.Tech Mechanical. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
