THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO W.P.No.29927 OF 2OL2 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Si Justice Abhinand. Kumar Shauilt) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that, this Court has not suspended the operation of the Orders dated 09.l2.2ol I passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1903 of 2011, which would mean that the Order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal has been worked out itself, thus rendering the present Writ Petition as infructuous. 2.

Moreover, at the time of admission, this Court directed the petitioners to pay all service benefits to the unofficial respondent to which he is entitled to as per rules. In view of the interim order passed by this Court, the grievance of the respondents has been resolved and this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
