When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that petitioner intends to prefer an Appeal before the Provident Fund Tribunal. Since the petitioner has already complied with the interim order passed by this Court on 22.10.2019, the Provident Fund Tribunal shall consider Appeal, if any preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
