HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO C.R.P. No.6522 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 08.03.2016 passed in F.C.O.P. No.139 of 2015 by the Judge, Additional Family court, Hyderabad.

2) Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the material on record.

3) The Revision petitioner is the petitioner, who maintained F.C.O.P. No.139 of 2015 on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad against her husband to appoint her as guardian to her minor son by name Mohammed Taha, aged about 4 years. It is the submission of the revision petitioner in the revision that despite respondent remained ex parte having settled abroad and not turning up, he filed an application through his father as G.P.A Holder without application for leave to permit the G.P.A holder for setting aside the ex parte order and the same was ended in dismissal and there is no appearance of respondent so far and the matter is dragging on, thereby prayed atleast to give a direction to the Family Court for early disposal.

4) Having regard to the above, the revision is disposed of, before admission and before ordering notice as respondent did not choose to appear and even through his father, there is no appearance recorded, by directing the Family Court to make every endeavour for early disposal of the matter in giving preference with reference to other priorities, if any. No order as to costs.

Dr SSRB, J CRP_6522_2016 5) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
