When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation that so long as the building permission standing in the name of the petitioner herein continues to exist, the respondents herein will not interfere with the construction activity of the petitioner herein. It is also submitted that if there are any deviations from the sanctioned plan, the respondents will take action, strictly in accordance with law. The said statement of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. It is open for the respondents to take action in the event of finding any deviation from the sanctioned plan Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
