Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
According to petitioner Ac.0-22 guntas of land in Sy.No.114/EE of Kyasampally Village of Kamareddy Revenue Mandal, was standing in the name of Katke Balaji. His father and uncle succeeded to the said property. Both of them agreed and represented to the revenue authorities to mutate the name of petitioner in the place of his grandfather. Accordingly his name was mutated, he was issued pattadar pass book and reflected his name in the revenue records in all respects. While so, in the year 2017 again his grandfather name was reflected. Surprised by this development, petitioner made several representations and on 12.03.2019 he made detailed representation ventilating his grievance and requested to issue new pass book showing his name. 3.
A copy of the representation is enclosed as Ex.P.4 with an acknowledgement stamp.

That being so, without expressing any opinion on merits the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-4th respondent to consider the representation dated 12.03.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner by assigning reasons in support of the same, as expeditiously, as possible, preferably within a period of six (6)
