THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.139 of 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed to withdraw O.P.No.85 of 2015 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, and transfer the same to Family Court at Hyderabad.

2. Wife filed this application seeking transfer of O.P. filed by her husband before Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, seeking divorce. Advocates of both parties submitted that both parties are staying in twin cities. Advocate for respondent reported no objection for transfer of O.P. from the Court at Nizamabad to Court at Hyderabad.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the fact that both parties are residing in twin cities and also considering the convenience of wife and husband, O.P.No.85 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, and transferred to Family Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. The petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed. ___________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J 17th August, 2016.
