THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33698 OF 2010 ORDER :

This Court, by order dated 30.12.2010 in WPMP No.42698 of 2010 directed the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Attender as per his eligibility in accordance with rules without insisting upon his being sponsored by the Employment Exchange.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. It is to be noted that the interim relief granted in the aforesaid petition and the prayer in the main writ petition is one and the same.
