THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.4655 of 2010 ORDER:

This Revision Petition is filed challenging the Order dt.06-08-2010 in E.P.No.111 of 2010 in O.S.No.357 of 2007 of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad directing 6th respondent to withhold a sum of Rs.2,76,380/- from the salary of the petitioner and to remit the said sum to the Court.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would pay the balance amount due along with interest, if two months' time is granted from today to make the said payment.

3. Learned counsel for 1st respondent has no objection for the same.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of granting two months' time to the petitioner to pay the balance amount due out of Rs.2,76,380/-, with interest, payable therein to 1st respondent. In default of such payment, the Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
