Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology. Perused G.O.Ms.No.42 dated 29.03.2016 relied upon by the learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the Writ Petition and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation within three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the authorities concerned decide the said representation within one week from the date of representation and any grievance is left open subsequently according to law. It is made clear that it is open for the respondents herein to take action in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the respondents from taking action against the erring persons in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
