HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO C.R.P. No. 2087 of 2014 ORDER :

As there was no representation for the petitioner on 07.09.2016, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption " FOR DISMISSAL" .

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption " FOR DISMISSAL" , when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. The conclusion of the lower Court in permitting the amendment is also fortified by the expression of the Apex Court in Sampat h Kumar V. Ayyakannu1 in Civil Appeal No.5839 of dated 13.09.2002.
