CVNR, J & JUD, J WP.No.6191 of 2017 Dt: 16.06.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, call for the records relating to the award dated 03-12-2016, in Crl.M.P.No.1900/2016 in M.C.No.4/2014 passed by the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Rayadurg, Anantapuramu District, A.P., and quash the terms/conditions No.5 to 8 of the said award as the same is illegal, arbitrary exercise of power and contrary to the law."

After arguing the case, Mr.K.Dilip Naik, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.7593 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
