ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-I (TG) and with their consent taken up writ petition for disposal at the admission stage.

This writ petition is filed challenging the Guideline No.5(b) of the Transfer Guidelines notified vide G.O.Rt No. 116 dated 6.6.2018. 3.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, some other person is posted in place of petitioner and she was relieved from Government Junior College, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy and so far no posting order is issued to her. He would submit that ventilating her grievances petitioner submitted a representation on 25.7.2018 and it would suffice if direction is issued to Commissioner-2nd respondent to take appropriate decision on said representation. 4.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in her representation dated 25.7.2018 and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
