The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not registering a case, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioners, dated 06.02.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioners, a case in Crime No.101 of 2018 has been registered on 14.06.2018 and investigation is taken up in the matter. 4.
Having regard to the aforestated submission, since a case is registered and the same is under investigation, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
