THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.6115, 6116, 6117 AND COMMON ORDER:

These criminal petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime Nos.133 of 2018, 146 of 2018, 135 of 2018, 134 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bodhan Police Station, Nizamabad District for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") and under Section 7 (a) of Essential Commodities Act.

During hearing, it is submitted that during pendency of the petitions, investigation was completed and charge sheets were also filed. Therefore, the cause in these petitions does not survive any further for adjudication and became infructuous. Hence, the petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to return the certified copies filed along with these petitions to the advocate on record under proper acknowledgement.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
