Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, after registration of Cr.No.47/2018 on the file of the Yetapaka Police Station, under Section 379 IPC and Section 9 (B)(ii) of the A.P.Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016, police filed a charge sheet on 15.05.2018 before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rampachodavaram and produced the same before the learned Magistrate.

In view of the above, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rampachodavaram, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the application, if any, filed by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
