Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.15025 of 2020 dt.08-09-2020.

Therefore, for reasons alike, all these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit fresh individual representations in terms of the Circulars dt.07-04-2015 and 21-01-2019 to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and upon receipt of such representations being received, the respondents shall refer the cases of the petitioners to appropriate Medical Board as and when the Medical Board resumes conducting of medical examination of the employees, for consideration of their cases and for passing appropriate orders in accordance with law.
