THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30787 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation for giving the benefits of land pooling scheme to the petitioners for the subject land situated in Mandadam Village and not considering the said land as Gramakantam of Mandadam Village, Thullur Mandal, Guntur District.

This Court, by an order dated 30.08.2017, in a batch of Writ Petitions, i.e., W.P.No.7016 of 2017 and batch, which are identical to the present Writ Petition, partly allowed the Writ Petitions setting aside the declarations published under Section 19(1) of Act 30 of 2013 and giving liberty to the petitioners to raise objections under Section 15(2) of Act 30 of 2013. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also partly allowed setting aside the declaration dated 20.07.2017 in so far as the land of the petitioners is concerned. The petitioners are given liberty to file comprehensive written objections in accordance with Section 15(2) of Act 30 of 2013, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Collector shall consider the said objections and deal with said objections thoroughly and pass a reasoned order considering

the objections raised by the petitioners within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is needless to observe that at the time of considering the objections, the objectors shall be heard either in person or through their counsel.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
