V. Venkateshwara Rao, Khammam District. v. The Commissioner Of Family Welfare, Hyderabad.

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 20122 of 2002 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" ...to issue an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in removing the petitioner without jurisdiction, as null and void and direct the 1st respondent to treat this period as waiting for orders and direct him to pay salary with effect from 20.06.2002 taking the petitioner on duty with all consequential benefits. "

This Court, by order dated 10.10.2002, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction to the 3rd respondent to take the petitioner into service as per the orders of the 1st respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and subsequently, this Court, by order dated 08.11.2002 in W.V.M.P.No. 3276 of 2002, modified the order dated 10.10.2002 in W.P.M.P.No. 25256 of 2002 to the effect that Status Quo obtaining as on 08.11.2002 shall be maintained. In view of the interim order dated 08.11.2002 passed in W.V.M.P.No. 3276 of 2002, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
