THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14829 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.396 of Mythri Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. While so, the A.S.O.Circle III, Saroornagar Mandal inspected the shop on 19.03.2015, and based on his report, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 07.04.2015 with regard to the variation in stock, running the business through benami and not opening the shop. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 13.04.2015. After considering the explanation, the third respondent thought it fit to suspend the authorisation and passed an order of suspension pending enquiry on 08.05.2015. Challenging the said order, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the submission of explanation by the petitioner, what remains is only the enquiry to be conducted into the allegations levelled against the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to conduct the enquiry by observing principles of natural justice and complete the same within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J)
