This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs, assailing the order, dated 24.09.2014, of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, passed in I.A.No.136 of 2013 in O.S.No.59 of 2011. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners-plaintiffs is present. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself was disposed on 21.08.2015. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
