HCJ & AAR, J L.G.A. No. 3 of 2019 Dt: 06-11-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The appellant has challenged the order dated 03-07-2019, in LGOP. No. 1 of 2012, on the file of the Chairman -cumPrincipal District Judge, Special Tribunal for A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Adilabad.

However, as the right to file appeal no longer exists, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a writ petition before this Court challenging the aforesaid order.

Therefore, the appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as sought for, is hereby granted.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
