The decree-holder in a suit of the year 2002 has come up with the present revision seeking a limited direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petition within a timeframe.

2. Heard Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel, representing Mr. Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is a Cooperative House Building Society. The suit was of the year 2002. The decree has attained finality.

4. Therefore, the revision is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of E.P.No.16 of 2015 in O.S.No.746 of 2002 in accordance with law within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
