In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.280 of 2012 of Women Police Station, Charminar (S/Z).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated .02.2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, South Zone and submitted that the case was ended in compromise on 25.09.2014 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.280 of 2012, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
