HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.14159 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioners-A.1 & A.1 filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.281 of 2015 on the file of Adibatla Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 r/w 34 IPC.

The first petitioner is the husband and the second petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased.

The allegation against the petitioners herein are that ever since the marriage, they used to torture her and unable to bear the said torture, she committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the marriage of the deceased with the first petitioner is a love marriage and that they were blessed with two children. It is submitted that in order to grab the property, after the deceased committing the suicide for her own mistake, her brother preferred this complaint and that he compelled and made the first petitioner to transfer the property immediately in the name of his two sons.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.

The petitioners-A.1 and A.2 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 27.01.2016 and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with one surety for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. Further the first petitioner is directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned daily between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00

p.m. until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before him as and when required.
