THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.26256 of 2014 ORDER:

There is consensus on either side that the cause in this writ petition is identical to the one, which has fallen for consideration in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch of cases, decided on 31.03.2015 by this Court. Therefore, for the reasons mentioned in the aforementioned judgment, the same principle will also be attracted in this case and accordingly, this writ petition also stands disposed of. Registry is directed to append a copy of the judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch along with this copy. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall also stand closed. No costs.
