THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO and THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN Central Excise Appeal No.5 of 2006 Order : (per Hon'ble M.S. Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for appellant has submitted a letter dt.02.01.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad stating that his client intends to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to revive this Appeal in the event there is no settlement reached in the said Scheme. 2.

Therefore, permission is granted to appellant to withdraw the appeal reserving the right to appellant to revive the Appeal in the event there is no settlement under the said Scheme. 3.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
