This revision petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.1324 of 2014 in O.S.No.124 of 2013 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Guntur, dismissing the petition filed under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC . 2.

Heard Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned senior counsel representing Sri N.A.Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.R.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.

Today, this Court allowed C.R.P.No.4462 of 2016. In view of the orders passed by this Court in CRP No.4462 of 2016, no elaborate order is necessary in this revision.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 08.06.2016 dismissing I.A.No.1324 of 2014 in O.S.No.124 of 2013 is set aside and consequently the I.A., is allowed permitting the petitioner to make necessary amendments in the pleadings in O.S.No.124 of 2013.

In the result, the civil revision petition is allowed. No order as to costs. Any observations made by this Court are only confined to this revision petition. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
