THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.42912 of 2015 ORDER :
In this Writ Petition the petitioners' grievance is that the petitioners' stock of redgram has been seized pursuant to a raid on a godown belonging to one Dedukula Dasthagiri and handed over to the Village Revenue Officer, Allagadda, Kurnool District. 2.
The counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed an application on 23.12.2015 before the 2nd respondent for release of the said stock, and no orders were being passed thereon.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that the seized stock does not belong to petitioners.

The counsel for petitioners disputes the said contention.

In view of the rival submissions, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.23.12.2015 made before him for release of the seized stock within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order after giving personal hearing to petitioners or their counsel; and he shall also communicate his order thereon to petitioners or
to their counsel.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
