Heard Sri S.Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. We have perused the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. We have also perused an FIR bearing No.389 of 2001 registered at CCS, Hyderabad, and so also, the memo for execution of Non-Bailable Warrant filed before the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad in Criminal Misc. Petition in PRC.No.8 of 2011. We are also informed that presently, Abdul Azeez is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.389 of 2001.

Having regard thereto, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
