HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6652 of 2019 ORDER:

1) The petitioner, who is accused No.1 in Crime No.164 of 2019 of Abids Police Station, Hyderabad, filed this Criminal Petition to extend the time granted to the petitioner to surrender. 2) By an order, dated 01.10.2019, this Court while dismissing the anticipatory bail application, directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court within 15 days and move bail application and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

3) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 4) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court is hereby extended by 15 days from today. It is made clear that no further extensions will be granted.
