This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.03.04.2013 in I.A.No.1200 of 2012 in O.S.No.689 of 2012 passed by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada in an application filed under Order 26 Rule 9 CPC. But, no interim stay was granted by this Court. However, the suit itself was decreed by the trial Court on 17.01.2017.

Therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
