ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare notification in Rc.No.616/2011/K, dated 11.4.2011, of respondent No.3 as illegal and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.52, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I) Department, dated 18.12.2008. detailed counter-affidavit is filed.

However, it is unnecessary to traverse the averments contained therein for the reason that the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that as no interim order has

been granted by this Court, the vacancy notified under the impugned notification was filled up on permanent basis. In the light of this subsequent development, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
