THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1107 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. assailing the orders dated 03.04.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18 of 2012 in M.C.No.240 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of argument, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that instead of going into the merits of the case, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of M.C.No.240 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
