Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
According to petitioner the deed of conveyance dated 31.05.2019 presented by the petitioner was received by the SubRegistrar, Sanga Reddy District-4th respondent on the same day and assigned number as Bk-1, CS No.25999/2019. But the said document is returned without assigning any reasons. 3.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, it is not the case of refusal to register the document by assigning reasons to enable the petitioner to work out his remedies, but simply returned the document.

If that being so, the 4th respondent is directed to receive the document and process the same in accordance with law. Petitioner is permitted to present the document within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As and when the document is presented, the 4th respondent shall receive the same. If the 4th respondent has any objection to register the deed of conveyance, he shall assign due reasons in support of the same and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
