Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for respondents.

According to petitioner his mother was the absolute owner and possessor of various lands to an extent of Ac.3-29 guntas in Sy.No.5/A1 and Ac.9-04 guntas in Sy.No.7/A4 of Chenchalpet Village, Nawabpet Mandal, Vikarabad District. After her death, her children succeeded to the said properties vide proceedings dated 10.05.2017, and petitioner succeeded to the properties in Sy.Nos.5/A4 and 7/A4 to an extent of Ac.0-37 guntas and Ac.2-11 guntas respectively along with other family members. Petitioner claims that he made an application in F-line for conducting of survey and demarcation of his lands through TSTS Limited in order to fence his property. The TSTS Limited issued receipt of filing of such application on 17.07.2019 which is marked as Ex.P.1.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, so far survey is not conducted. That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-3rd respondent to act upon the request of petitioner for conducting of survey and take appropriate decision as warranted by law and communicate a decision to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
