HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8020 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.86 of 2015 of Chandrugonda Police Station, Khammam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186 and 430 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the 1st respondent State represented by Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed charge sheet after completion of the investigation and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in the above crime.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh petition along with part-II CD and any other material to quash the charge sheet proceedings that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate.
