HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15242 OF 2017 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting survey and demarcating the land admeasuring Ac.0.17 guntas in Sy.No.37/AA2, Ac.1.08 guntas in Sy.No.39/AA2, Ac.2.07 guntas in Sy.No.40/AA2 situated at Chinna Hyderabad Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, on the application of the petitioner dated 06.01.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 28.04.2016, rendered in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
