HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11582 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.4 under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.1016 of 2015 on the file of Banjarahills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 341 IPC and 8 of POCSO Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are that while the son of the de facto complainant was playing in front of the house, the petitioner took him to the terrace and committed sexual abuse.

The allegations made against the petitioner are so serious in nature. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 16, 2015.
