THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26071 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.36, Khajipet Town and Mandal in YSR Kadapa District. On the basis of the report submitted by the Tahsildar, dated 07.07.2015, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 13.07.2015. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 20.07.2015. Thereafter, the third respondent passed the impugned order, dated 29.07.2015, suspending the authorization of the petitioner. It was stated therein that the petitioner did not submit his

explanation. Challenging the order of suspension, dated 29.07.2015, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Now that the petitioner has submitted his explanation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage and the third respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry in respect of the charges leveled against the petitioner by giving due opportunity to the petitioner and pass final orders thereon, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
